Our environment has no borders; greenhouse gas emissions from developed countries can cause flooding in the Global South. Moreover, increased demand for palm-oil products in the North drives farm expansion into tropical wildlife habitats, leading to human-wildlife conflicts. In an increasingly interconnected world, tackling environmental and development challenges effectively requires collaboration rather than isolated efforts.

Green DEALL builds North-South and South-South partnerships for co-creating and executing meaningful research or projects that tackle real developmental and environmental issues. Institutions interested in collaborating to achieve transformative impact in sub-Saharan African countries such as Cameroon are encouraged to reach out. Enhancing livelihoods in the most impoverished regions worldwide can help reduce inequalities and address global issues such as mass migration, pandemics, and crime.

We host students from universities around the world who want to conduct activities in Cameroon. Our support includes helping develop and refine research proposals and monitoring fieldwork, enabling students to gain valuable international experience. International students interested in this opportunity are encouraged to contact us early in their project to inquire about costs and improve their chances of obtaining the necessary paperwork on time.

Local students are also welcome to explore our internship opportunities.
